Our Process
Step 1: Site Visit or Initial Consultation
Every great design starts with a conversation. Whether it's an on-site visit a meeting at our office, this is our opportunity to get to know you and your vision. Our experienced designers will listen closely, take detailed notes, discuss your goals and budget, and answer any questions you have. Afterward, we’ll provide you with a proposal—and the next step is yours to take.
Step 2: Preliminary Design Review
This is your first look at your custom design. We’ll walk you through floor plans and elevations in both 2D and 3D, helping you visualize your space. This is a collaborative process—your feedback is not only welcomed, it’s essential. We’ll make revisions until the concept feels just right.
Step 3: Design Refinement
We may meet several more times to fine-tune your plans. There are no limits to the number of revisions or meetings—we’re here to ensure the final design reflects your vision, down to the smallest detail.
Step 4: Structural Review
With the design about 80% complete, we’ll dive deeper into the structural aspects of the plan. This review ensures everything is aligned technically, aesthetically, and practically as we prepare for finalization.
Step 5: Final Plan Pick-Up
Time for the big reveal! We’ll walk you through the complete, finalized plan set to ensure everything is exactly how you want it. You'll leave with printed and digital (PDF) copies, fully prepared for permit submittal.
