Our Process
Site Visit or Initial Meeting:
The very first step in the process is a meeting, either a site visit or initial, to get to know you and your project. Our experienced designers will take notes, discuss your dream space and budget, and answer any questions you may have. From there we will send you an agreement, and then it is in your hands if you would like to move forward.
Preliminary Plan Review:
This will be your first look at your custom design. We will go through the floorplan and elevations, both in 2D & 3D, and make any changes you may want. At Praxis Design we are committed to getting the design you want, so all changes or comments are welcome.
Plan Reviews:
If needed we may meet a few more times as we lock in your design. There is no limit to these meetings or the changes you make.
Structural Review:
At this point the plans are roughly 80% done. We will review the plans to finalize the design and discuss the more structural aspects of the home.
Pick Up!
One last review to walk you through the complete plan set, then you will have both your printed and PDF plans ready for permit submittal!
