Jim Lasko | Owner
Jim has worked in construction, engineering, and design fields for over 40 years. He started his own construction and design company in 1999, and after many successful years in business, started Praxis Design in 2022. Jim is a hands-on owner, and ensures that Praxis Design provides high quality work and service for our clients.
Erika McDonald | Designer
Erika McDonald was drawn to residential design when her parents brought home floor plans almost every day while planning to build their custom home. She has grown to love looking at the different styles and types of houses. Now, with an Associates in Drafting and Design, completing hundreds of house plans, and 6 years experience, Erika, has the experience to get the home of your dreams.
